Speakeasy Cocktail Masterclass

This recurring weekly cocktail course is designed for small businesses, groups or individuals. Each session will cover a different spirit, blending cocktail history with hands-on crafting. The class also includes a modern cocktail using new techniques and styles.

Weekly Structure Example:

• Week 1: Bourbon (Old Fashioned, Paper Plane, Modern Whiskey Sour with infused ice)
• Week 2: Gin (Classic Martini, Negroni, Gin and Tonic with molecular garnish)
• Week 3: Tequila (Margarita, Paloma, Smoked Copper Canyon)
• Week 4: Rum (Daiquiri, Mojito, Clarified Rum Punch)

Experience Flow:

1. Welcome (10 minutes): Guests are greeted with a signature cocktail and an introduction to the speakeasy atmosphere.
2. Introduction to Drink-Making Basics (15 minutes): Covers essential cocktail-making techniques like shaking, stirring, and measuring, which will apply regardless of the spirit.
3. Cocktail Crafting (45 minutes): Hands-on creation of 2 classic cocktails and 1 modern cocktail using innovative techniques.
4. Q&A + Social Time (20 minutes): Guests enjoy their cocktails, ask questions, and socialize.

Price: $85 per guest (includes drinks, materials, and bartender’s time) every Thursday from 5PM-630PM
